Village Montée was built in the late 70’s, after the Montreal Olympics, on Cote Sainte-Catherine Road neighboring the City of Outremont. It is situated in the medical district at walking distance from the Jewish General Hospital and Ste-Justine Hospital. It is also close vicinity to Cote de Neiges Road which offers many shopping outlets, boutiques, restaurants and cafés-terrace.
The building is totally built in concrete. It offers numerous apartments distributed on five floors and a basement level which shelters a limited amount of garage space for the tenants and along with private storage areas. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor to accommodate the needs of the tenants. The building was constructed with two stairwells and an elevator help facilitate vertical transportation to the apartment floors and the garage level.
